How long will my order take to arrive?
Because our studio is in a rural area we save on our environmental impact by only driving in to town once a week. So, turn around time for items we have in stock is 3-7 business days within Australia, and 10-25 business days for most capital cities around the world. For more info, just message or email us. 

What about for Pre-Orders and Custom-mades?
For pre-orders it's 1-2 weeks to make and deliver the garments for orders within Australia, 4-6 weeks for orders to capital cities in the U.S. and the UK, and 5-7 weeks for all other towns and countries around the world.

How/Where do I add my requests for adjustments?
You can put in your requests in the "Special instructions for seller" box when you check out. Some adjustments may need some extra info (eg: arm/leg length measurements if you want your sleeves/hems longer or shorter) if that's the case our head designer will contact you by email to go through the changes you'd like, and how to take your measurements. For even faster order processing you can copy and paste your message into our "message us" facebook tab for real-time processing in UTC+10 business hours.

You don't have my size in stock, can you make my size?
We sure can! We offer a base size range at the moment as these are the sizes of our fit-models. It's really important to us to get a great fit in all the garments we make as clothes that fit well look amazing and will be worn and loved for longer - loved clothes stay out of landfill and we love that!
But we also want people of all shapes and sizes to be able to get clothes they love in their size, so if your size isn't on our list yet, send us a message with the item you love and the size you're looking for, or your specific measurements, and we'll work with you to make your perfect piece.

My fave piece is sold out! Can you make another for me?
Some items we make from vintage or end-of-roll fabrics, or limited edition prints, so once they're sold out, that's it. But with some pieces there's hope yet! So send us a message to see what we have available for you.

What's your exchange policy?
We want you to love your Genkstasy pieces, so yes, if you've ordered a pre-made piece and the fit isn't right you can definitely exchange it for another size. Please let us know if the fit isn't right as soon as you've recieved the garment, and return to us within 7 days by registered post. 
If you've decided the style of the garment isn't for you, we're happy to do a swap for another piece, or give you a store credit - which can be used by you, or you can gift it to a friend.
With custom-made pieces we aren't able to offer exchanges or refunds, but if for any reason you aren't happy with your custom piece, please get in touch via the details below and we'll do everything we can to get you feeling great in your Genstasy gear!

How can I get in touch with Genkstasy? 
Usually our best point of contact is email: sales@genkstasy.com, or you can send us an instagram direct message.
If you'd prefer to chat in person, just send us an email giving us the general gist of your query and a phone number to call you back on, and then we'll get back to you with an answer as soon as we can.
