Refund policy
Returns for change-of-mind are allowable for standard sized garments only (not available for custom made pieces, see FAQ for more info) if the garment is returned within the indicated time frame, unworn, and with tags on.
Returns are not available on sale items.
To help offset the environmental cost of returns, we charge a 5% restocking fee which we add to our monthly donations to social and envirnmental organisations.
