Shipping policy

All items not being delivered in person, will be sent via Australia Post in accordance with the shipping selection you have made. We take great care in packing and addressing parcels to make sure they arrive safely and quickly to you, so please be sure to have completed your name and address accurately on our form. We are not responsible for any items lost due to incorrect addresses (as typed by you), or at fault of Australia Post. Where you have requested extra cover, you will have insurance for the cost of the item, which you can follow up with Australia Post directly.
